“Best Deck in the Base Area” and it’s the best spot to watch people ski/mountain bike from the base area. Relaxed, slope-side standby with a deck for pub grub, draft beer & boozy milkshakes, plus live music.

Sit on the outdoor patio next to the large circular fire-pit for a beer after a long day of skiing. Enjoy the view and people watching! I don’t recommend eating here but the scenery and fire pit is a great place to relax with a drink.

AVALANCHE BAR & GRILL

Great place to grab lunch and drinks while on the mountain with typical bar food. It can get super busy during lunch time so I always recommend one person in your group get there early to reserve a table.

Other Recommendations - Burger Company for a quick burger at the base area - I eat here a lot for a cheap/fast meal when I’m skiing. While skiing on the mountain make sure to take a break from skiing and check out The Umbrella Bar, Paradise Warming House, and Uley’s Cabin. A local spot is The Iron Horse Tap Room if you want to get away from the crowds - this is a 5 minute walk from the base area.
