Best Pizza in Town and this is a must-go place while you are here! The hippy atmosphere is great and the food is delicious! My favorite pizzas are The Hamptons, Notorious F.I.G., & Where's the Beef. Crack fries and the stash wings are killer appetizers. LEGALIZE MARINARA!

PUBLIC HOUSE

Public House is a modern Colorado saloon and pub. I love the design/finish out of this space and the food and beer is great. Public House also owns Irwin Brewery, which is Crested Butte’s only brewery, and every Irwin beer is served on draft at Public House. I normally get a burger, fish and chips or the fried chicken.

PITAS IN PARADISE

Great lunch/happy hour spot in town - Happy Hour is 3-6pm every day and includes cheap food & drinks.  My go-to order is the Original Gyro and Hungarian mushroom soup. This is the closest thing we have to a sports bar in town, so anytime there is a big sporting event this is the place to go. Super friendly staff and a great patio in the summertime!

THE HIDEOUT

The Hideout is a casual restaurant serving all of your favorites for the whole family. I like the mushroom skewers for an appetizer and usually go with the chicken sandwich. This used to be where “The Last Steep” was located that shut down in 2023.

Other CB Lunch Recommendations - Teocalli Tamale is “The Chipotle of Crested Butte” - build your own burritos. Gas Cafe - Don’t let this little restaurant in a gas station fool you - Incredible sandwiches, burgers and Philly cheesesteaks can be found here. Sherpa Cafe has fantastic Nepalese and Indian food and their Chicken Tikka Massala with Garlic Naan is incredible - it’s a hole in wall hidden gem. Ryce - Asian cuisine.
