CHECKOUT PROCEDURE

Please...

• Be out of the house before 11am on your checkout date.

• Check drawers and under the beds to make sure none of your valuables are left behind.

• Check your car and leave the garage door and gate openers on the kitchen counter.

• Plug in the iPad on the kitchen counter.

• Make sure all windows and doors are properly closed.

• Make sure all lights, electronics, and the fireplace are turned off.

• Strip the beds that were used and leave the sheets in the laundry room. Please leave the mattress covers and blankets on the beds.

• Load all dishes and start the dishwasher.

• Leave the kitchen trash in the garage containers.

• Complete the feedback survey.

• Add a comment in our blue guestbook located on the coffee table.

• Remember to leave a 5-star review on AirBnB/VRBO if you enjoyed your stay. These reviews are critical to the success of our vacation rental and we truly appreciate your kind words and feedback.
